Do I need an appointment?

Yes, making an appointment is the best plan.  It helps to assure that your doctor will be able to see you in a timely manner on the day of your appointment.  If you are having trouble making an appointment in the mornings, or you cannot reach our scheduling staff due to busy phones, then please keep calling.  The staff is working hard to enter every patient's information into our new computer system, and sometimes it takes longer than expected.

What if I can't keep my appointment?

Call us as soon as you know you will not be able to keep your appointment.  The staff will be able to reschedule your appointment and give your previous appointment time to another patient.

If my doctor isn't available, is there somebody else I can see?

We have seven doctors and one nurse able to see patients.  While it is best to see your personal doctor for medication refills or a physical, if you are sick, any of our practitioners can see you.

Why do I have to wait so long to see my doctor?

Good question!  Our doctos strive hard to stay on time with appointments; however, sometimes emergencies happen or inadequate time is alloted for a patient who may need extra time.  If you think your visit may require extra time, please let the scheduling staff know.

Morrilton Medical Clinic, like any other business, relies on your payments and your insurance company payments to keep us in business.  Please make co-payments and deductible payments at your appointment or as soon as you are aware they are due.
